The 150-meter rating indicates the torch's structural safety limit, reflecting higher standards of sealing and material strength. Even if you only dive to 30 meters, choosing equipment with a higher waterproof rating means greater reliability and safety.
The ORCA7 features a high-capacity 5000mAh rechargeable battery. On medium brightness (1000 lumens), it provides up to 4 hours of continuous use. On high brightness (3000 lumens), it lasts approximately 2 hours. The battery level indicator helps you monitor power consumption during your dive.
Yes, the battery is user-replaceable. The ORCA7 features a twist-to-open tail cap design that allows for easy battery replacement without any special tools. Simply unscrew the tail cap, remove the battery, and insert another one.
The SOS mode is easily activated with the single-button control system. When the torch is on, quickly triple-click the button to activate the SOS emergency strobe mode. This feature emits a distress signal pattern (three short, three long, three short flashes) that can be seen from long distances in emergency situations.
